Copyrights for Weed files always remain with the original owners.

Copy Rules: Once you've purchased a Weed file, you're free to play and copy it ALL you want on up to three PCs. You can also burn the purchased Weeded files to CD and play them on your stereo, or transfer them to any Windows Media compatible portable device (i.e. MP3 players and PDA's) and listen to your heart's content.and

Commissions: Best of all, you can earn a commission by helping to promote and share Weed files with anyone you like (by putting songs in your shared folder on your favorite P2P network, by e-mail, FTP, IRC, or on CD/DVD) as long as the files remain in their original Weed format.
